Jen and I put it together ourselves this afternoon. Here's the construction process:

Despite now being published, yours truly isn't too high and mighty to get his hands dirty with the production work! Here I am folding covers:

Speaking of books, here's the one Jen put together for her art class! Sorry, one of a kind - no mass production!
